In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install event-format-structure

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets the event shape, the number of tracks, the mix of session formats (talks, workshops, open space, fireside chats) and the delivery mode. It does not build the time grid. You get a reasoned format and session mix.
