Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install event-speaker-invitation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes the first message, stating the terms upfront (event basics, honest budget and travel, answer deadline), personalizes each invitation with the reason for the choice, then schedules follow-ups that add a new angle. You get ready-to-send messages and a follow-up calendar.
