Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install event-sponsor-deliverables

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent builds the tier-by-perk matrix from the signed agreement, chases the assets sponsors must provide, organizes the sponsor's day (setup, shipping, staffing) and writes the post-event report. That report anchors renewal. You get a tracked delivery list and a post-event report.
