Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install event-sponsor-renewal

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent prepares the debrief call with the sponsor, times the renewal ask around budget cycles and sets the renewal offer, with discounts not as the default lever. It also handles at-risk sponsors or those whose champion left. You get a contact plan and a renewal offer.
