Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install event-sustainability-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent screens the footprint (attendee travel is usually the largest line), ranks reduction levers and writes a public page that claims only what the data shows, with no offsets as a selling point. You get a plan, a sustainability page and a report skeleton.
