Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install event-vendor-sourcing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks venue exclusivity, sends one identical brief to each candidate and compares quotes in detail. It flags risky contract terms and asks for insurance certificates. It never invents supplier prices. You get a comparison table and a list of contract points.
