Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install evp-first-run-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

In about ten minutes the agent walks you through brand-config.json and SOUL.md: ICP and PSP, primary outreach tier, the outcomes you can claim, proofs, competitors and voice. It refuses to let you skip steps, because a generic EVP is worse than no EVP.
