In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install existing-app-to-standard-stack

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent ports the original application to the target stack by replacing only the technical foundation: routes, workflows, labels, layout and styles stay faithful to the source. It relies on phases, plan and checklist templates, and quality gates to pass before finishing. You get a migration with no intentional change for users.
