Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install existing-issue-quality-enrichment

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent applies missing SDLC labels, rewrites overly short issues (analyzing attached screenshots) and posts an implementation-prep analysis. It checks each issue against the repository's definition of ready and flags features without a spec. Runs are idempotent.
