In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install explainer-video-pipelineWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent first locks the core idea and the story arc (problem, stakes, solution, how it works, payoff), then writes a timed voiceover. It turns that into a storyboard, animated scenes and captions synced to the narration, and can render everything to MP4 with Remotion. You get a short, well-paced video with one consistent style throughout.

Only to render an MP4. The script, storyboard and captions work without it. The text also mentions small helper scripts (scripts/) that are not included here: they only check the render and are optional.
The skill writes and times the voiceover. You record it yourself or produce it with a text-to-speech tool of your choice.
