Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install fail-closed-integration-ci

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent configures a lane that fails by default: contract tests on fixtures, secret scanning and a smoke test on a test tenant, only with explicit authorization. It relies on pinned CI permissions and an artifact retention policy. You get a CI that protects the integration before delivery.
