Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install failing-test-root-cause-journal

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reproduces the failure, collects evidence, forms hypotheses and checks them in a journal written to disk. It then fixes, verifies and guards against recurrence. You get a documented cause, not a test that was simply made green again.
