Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install failing-test-triage

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reproduces the failure, inspects the evidence and separates an application defect from a faulty test, then applies the smallest correct fix. When the app conflicts with the spec, it reports the mismatch instead of rewriting the test. It also updates project memory. You get a clear report per test.
