Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install feature-flag-cleanup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

Scans the repo for flags older than 90 days that are used in two places or fewer, finds the introducing PR or issue and the owner for each, and groups a removal plan by owner. A second script audits kill switches against a flag-doc registry, docs/feature-flags.md by default. Claude reads both JSON outputs and writes a markdown report with a recommended first removal PR.
