Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install feature-plan-issue-hierarchy

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent examines the code in depth, writes an annotated feature plan, then breaks it into one parent issue and sub-issues linked by dependencies. Nothing is published until you approve the exact content. You get an issue hierarchy ready to implement.
