In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install feature-spec-writerWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent asks the right questions one at a time, then writes a structured PRD from your idea or problem. It ranks requirements by priority, writes testable acceptance criteria and sets measurable success targets. You get a short document to review, easy to hand to a team or a contractor.

No. Project tracker, knowledge base and design tools are optional: without them the agent works only from what you give it. The original file points to a CONNECTORS.md that is not included, which makes no difference.
Copy the folder into your agent's skills directory, then ask for a spec or use /write-spec followed by your idea.
