Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install feature-test-coverage-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent decides what needs testing for a feature, module or PR, selects the lowest-cost test type that is sufficient, has the test-authoring skills write the tests, runs them and records the session in test-spec.md and test-report.md. The report records facts rather than a confidence grade. You get a written coverage trail.
