Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install federated-spend-tracking

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads per-peer spend events, computes rolling windows of one hour, twenty-four hours and seven days, and checks the threshold that suspends a peer. Until upstream publishes the events, the skill reports that no events were found.
