In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install file-and-export-naming-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks file casing and suffixes, exported names and index files, then writes a report. It renames nothing unless you ask, and adapts the rules to the frameworks detected in the project. You get a prioritised list of corrections.
