Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install fork-release-cut

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks preconditions, computes the version from the upstream release the fork is built on, writes the changelog entry, dispatches the release pipeline and watches the build until publication. It tries to recover the failures it can. It does not sync upstream.
