Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install frame-project-prd

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent explores the repo for context, asks focused questions, then fills docs/PRD.md with a fixed eight-section template: problem, solution, target user, user stories, success criteria, out of scope, decisions and notes. If the PRD exists, it only handles the gaps.
