Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install fresh-context-readability-check

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts a sub-session that has none of the working history and has it read the artifact like a fresh reader. You get a list of the passages where that reader stalls, and the fixes are made back in your session.
