Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install friction-issue-logging

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first searches for similar open issues, then opens a friction-labeled issue describing what happened, what was wanted, how to reproduce it and the cost. It can also investigate open friction issues and close each one with an outcome comment.
