In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install frontend-test-strategy-vitest

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the test policy of the package concerned (web or dify-ui) and follows its commands and limits. It recommends deleting low-value tests as readily as adding missing ones, then reports the contract verified and any verification gaps. It does not cover Python tests or E2E tests.
