Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install fullstack-engineer-persona

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

The agent opens with team size today and the credible 12-month headcount and walks seven questions one per turn without bundling.
