Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install function-health-biomarker-trends

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the function-health-pp-cli binary to read your results, compute trends across all your draws and produce a PDF for your doctor. You get the markers that change and what moved since your last panel.
