Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gather-phase-decisions-questions

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent loads the existing context, spots reusable code and proposes the areas to decide. It digs into the ones you pick, then writes CONTEXT.md, which will guide research and planning. With --auto it takes the recommended defaults; with --power it prepares a question file to answer at your own pace.
