Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install github-actions-workflow-conventions

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts from a canonical file and applies the choices linters cannot check: concurrency, required-check gates, shallow clone, version pinning and network access. It also explains the reason behind each rule, such as the 500-runs-per-10-seconds dispatch budget. You get a compliant workflow.
