Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install github-image-attachment-upload

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the gh-image extension of the gh CLI to upload an image file and get a user-attachments address ready to embed in Markdown. It then checks that the image renders. You get an image line to paste into your pull request.
