Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install github-issues-prs-offline

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent works on your GitHub repositories: it finds duplicate issues, shows who still owes a review on a PR, what changed since the last release and who owns a file. A local SQLite mirror enables offline search.
