Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install github-projects-task-filing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates GitHub issues, adds them to the right board, sets type, priority, area and status, then orders the work by dependencies. It knows the gotchas of the GraphQL API and gh for project fields. This workflow does not use backlog.md.
