Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install github-release-publishing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts with a security check: it scans for secrets with gitleaks, looks for personal files, and verifies the licence and README. If the checks pass, it creates the version tag and publishes the release with the gh CLI. You get a checked publication.
