Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install github-repo-standardization

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent audits the repository's current state, asks about the language and automation, then fills gaps or fixes drift in issue forms, the PR template, labels, CI workflows, CODEOWNERS and rulesets. Code is never modified, and the skill can be re-run without creating duplicates.
