Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gitlab-issue-board-sync

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reports plan progress on GitLab issues that already exist: milestone, labels, status, assignee and time spent, before and after each task. It does not create new issues. You get an up-to-date GitLab board.
