Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gitlab-merge-requests-api

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the GitLab MCP tools first when they are available. Otherwise it calls the GitLab API with the GITLAB_TOKEN variable and curl. You get the requested operations on your projects and merge requests.
