Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gitlab-stacked-merge-requests

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent infers stack layers from commits, creates the dependent branches, syncs the stack onto the base branch and submits merge requests in order. You get a series of small linked merge requests instead of one large change.
