Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gke-cost-rightsizing-spot

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up cost allocation and quotas, then adjusts CPU and memory requests using VPA in recommendation mode. It then evaluates Spot VMs, machine types and committed use discounts (CUDs). You get a set of steps and example manifests.
