Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install goal-interview-before-agents

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent asks you one question per turn, looking up facts in the tracker, docs and code first. Each choice comes with a recommendation, and you make the call. It adds behavior examples, shared terms and a record of decisions to an existing intent source. You get a shared scope before any autonomous work starts.
