Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gorgias-support-tickets-cli

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the gorgias-pp-cli tool to list and search tickets, tag them, reply and look up customers. It syncs recent tickets into SQLite for full-text search and finds unassigned or stale tickets. You get a queue of tickets to handle.
