Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install governed-agent-memory-save

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The skill captures one fact, decision, pattern or convention, then runs it through a deterministic governance step before storing it. It can also retire a memory that is no longer true and check the store's health. Each write leaves a receipt in the log. It never fires automatically.
