Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gpu-memory-model-optimization

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent explains how a GPU runs threads and accesses memory, then reviews your kernel for warp divergence, uncoalesced global accesses or shared memory bank conflicts. It also helps you choose a block size that balances occupancy and register pressure.

Good fit for

  • Your kernel is memory-bound despite high theoretical bandwidth
  • You port a kernel from an NVIDIA GPU to an AMD GPU with 64-thread wavefronts

    How to use it

    1. Install the skill in your agent's skills folder
