Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gpu-training-handoff-gate

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks whether managed training is available for your booking, which it is not in production yet. Once the backend exists, it will prepare a training manifest and submit it only after your explicit confirmation. ECC never books, reserves or spends.
