Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install granola-meeting-import-to-vault

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent fetches the meeting data, creates linked meeting and transcript notes, then attaches them to today's daily note. For a full run, it audits and enriches the transcript, with your corrections reviewed. A plain import stops once the notes are saved and read back.
