Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install graph-grounded-code-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs fallow review to rank changed files by blast radius and risk, sets aside dead code, complexity and duplication, then asks you the design questions: new public APIs, boundary crossings, new dependencies. Each answer is checked against the live graph.
