Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install grepai-code-chunking-config

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent adjusts chunking settings in .grepai/config.yaml, with recommendations for verbose languages such as Java or C# and concise ones such as Go or Python. It explains how each parameter affects the indexed segments. You get chunking suited to your codebase.
