Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install groq-rate-limit-retry-queue

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads Groq's limit headers (RPM and TPM), retries calls with a backoff that respects Retry-After, caps concurrency with a queue and watches remaining capacity. It can fall back to another model when one pool is exhausted.
