Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install hackathon-judging-rubric

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets the criteria and their weights, the scoring scale and how projects are split among judges. It covers score normalization across judges, tie-break rules and conflict-of-interest handling. You get a rubric, an allocation plan and rules for announcing results.
