Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install hackathon-team-formation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets the published team-size rule (solo entry allowed or not), the day-of matchmaking mechanic, how unteamed people are handled and when membership freezes. It does not match teams with experts. You get a team rule and a matchmaking run sheet.
