Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install handoff-to-pulumi-neo

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

On explicit request, the agent gathers the repository context and writes a summary of the conversation: what is done, open questions and the next step. It writes the prompt to a temporary file, starts the Neo task, then stops once the task link is returned.
