Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install hardcoded-prompt-migration-launchdarkly

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent audits the code, wraps the call in the AI SDK, moves the tools into the configuration, adds tracking and then attaches evaluations, stopping at each stage for your validation. You get an application that reads its configuration from LaunchDarkly, with fallback values identical to the original code.
